Can a visitor place an order or do we have to set up an account to place an order?

No. It is not necessary to set up an account to place an order.
However, an account holder receives special discounts, has a wishlist and  a record of previous orders.

You will be given the option to set your account at checkout.

How long do you take to deliver an order?

Your order will be delivered to you within 5- 7 working days, with an exception to some regions.

If your order was placed before 10 AM, it will be dispatched the very same day. In case you placed your order after 10 AM, it will be dispatched the next day.

During festive seasons or busy periods, we might be delayed but trust us, the wait will be worth it.

I have forgotten my password/ or wish to change it. How do I do so?

Don’t worry. 

If you wish to change your password- you can change it easily, once you have logged into your account.

 

If you have forgotten  your password- choose the option “ lost my password “ and reset it.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum order. Generally we have a flat rate of $9.99 across Australia. However, shipping cost differs for few products which are of heavy weight.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Due to security reasons and confidentiality, we do not accept any orders over the phone. 

We offer different payment modes such as Paypal, Direct bank transfer and also accept Visa and Mastercards.
